Members are asked to take a short selfie check. We confirm a live person is taking it and compare it with their profile photos, with manual review when needed. A verified badge means the member passed that check. It is not a background check and does not guarantee anyone’s intentions or behaviour.

Block or report anyone from their profile or your conversation. Blocked members can’t find your profile, message you or call you, and they aren’t told.

Tips for meeting safely
- Get to know someone in the app, and have a video date, before sharing personal contact details.
- Meet in a public place for the first few dates and tell a friend where you’ll be.
- Get yourself there and back, so you can leave whenever you want.
- Trust your instincts. If something feels off, end the conversation, block and report.
- Never send money, gift cards, crypto or financial information to someone you met online, however convincing the story.
